Shipment processing time.
All orders are processed in 1-2 business days, shipped and delivered within 7 - 10 business days from the day you place the order. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

To receive a refund, you have to contact us by email at email@example.com and provide us the reason for your return along with your order number.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since receiving your order, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, it must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchange (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at email@example.com and we will send you a return label.

Refused, unclaimed orders or merchandise returned due to customers’ error are subject to 15% restocking fee in addition to all freight charges
