Shipment processing time.
All orders are processed in 1-2 business days, shipped and delivered within 7 - 10 business days from the day you place the order. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment confirmation & order tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 to 24hrs hours

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
To receive a refund, you have to contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide us the reason for your return along with your order number.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since receiving your order, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, it must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchange (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you a return label.

Refused, unclaimed orders or merchandise returned due to customers’ error are subject to 15% restocking fee in addition to all freight charges
We cover return shipping costs only in the case of sending the wrong or defective product.
