The Rally Active Knitted Knee Brace with stabilizers on both sides with a Patella gel insert. Gel insert molding wraps your kneecap to improve kneecap tracking. The flexible nylon outrigger design and multi-compression fabric aid in positioning and support. It is used to relieve knee pain from arthritis or injury. This knee brace is comfortable under clothing and perfect for use during exercise. Rally Active Fit, supports the function of spruce with technology combined with an All-Natural bamboo fiber. FIR Infused technology makes great use of infrared rays (FIR) which are waves of natural light energy totally invisible to the human eye. Human cells need an adequate dose of fir to function properly. Far infrared rays activate the water molecules in the blood thus increasing the flow of blood and oxygen in the blood stream. All orders shipped to the United States will be charged a flat shipping fee of $12.99 USD. Please allow 5-10 business days for your order to arrive.

Damages and Lost Shipment Policy
Our company values customer satisfaction and recognizes the importance of timely and intact shipments. However, in the event of damages or lost shipments, we have established the following policy to ensure that our customers are fairly compensated:

  1. Damages: If any product is received in a damaged condition, the customer must notify us within 48 hours of receipt of the shipment. We will investigate the matter and either replace the product or issue a refund. We may require photographic evidence of the damage before proceeding with any replacement or refund.

  2. Lost Shipments: If a shipment is not received within the estimated delivery time frame, the customer must notify us immediately. We will investigate the matter with the shipping carrier and attempt to locate the shipment. We will either replace the product or issue a refund.

At healthstork.ca our top priority is to provide high-quality products to our customers. We understand that sometimes customers may need to return products due to various reasons, such as incorrect orders, defective products, or change of mind. To ensure a smooth and hassle-free return process, we have established the following return policy:


  1. Incorrect Orders / Defective Products: If the customer receives an incorrect order, they must notify us within 48 hours of receipt of the shipment. We will investigate the matter and either replace the product or issue a refund. We will require photographic evidence of the incorrect products, and the incorrect products being returned in original condition. We will refund the return shipping cost upon receiving the return shipment confirmation, and proceeding with replacement or refund upon receipt of the returned products.

  1. Cancellation or Change of Mind: If the customer wants to cancel an order, you must inform us within 24 hours once the order is placed via email at info@healthstork.ca, with email subject as “Cancellation: (Your order number)”.

    Once the order has been shipped, customers can return the products by notifying us within 14 days of receipt of the shipment. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. In the case of change of mind, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return. Upon receipt of the product, we will issue a refund, minus the original shipping costs.

It is important to note that all returned products must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as when they were received. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these criteria.


Note: Refused, unclaimed orders or merchandise due to customers’s error are subject to 15% restocking fee in addition to all freight charges
