The Rally Active Knitted Knee Brace with stabilizers on both sides with a Patella gel insert. Gel insert molding wraps your kneecap to improve kneecap tracking. The flexible nylon outrigger design and multi-compression fabric aid in positioning and support. It is used to relieve knee pain from arthritis or injury. This knee brace is comfortable under clothing and perfect for use during exercise. Rally Active Fit, supports the function of spruce with technology combined with an All-Natural bamboo fiber. FIR Infused technology makes great use of infrared rays (FIR) which are waves of natural light energy totally invisible to the human eye. Human cells need an adequate dose of fir to function properly. Far infrared rays activate the water molecules in the blood thus increasing the flow of blood and oxygen in the blood stream. This fabric promotes cell repair and regeneration. Shipment processing time.

All orders are processed in 1-2 business days, shipped and delivered within 7 - 10 business days from the day you place the order. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

To receive a refund, you have to contact us by email at info@healthstork.ca  and provide us the reason for your return along with your order number. 


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since receiving your order, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, it must also be in the original packaging. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

*  Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Refused, unclaimed orders or merchandise returned due to customers’ error are subject to 15% restocking fee in addition to all freight charges 

We cover return shipping costs only in the case of sending the wrong or defective product.
