Our micro setting brush is the key to completing any look. Samantha and Nicola Chapman grew up surrounded by makeup. Their aunt was a top makeup artist in London, working with clients like David Bowie and Princess Diana. Their mum was makeup-involved too, always trying out the latest trends and being creative with her looks. As young girls, they experimented on one another, and of course Nic was the test subject, since Sam was the older sister. When it came time to choose their career path, it was clear that makeup artistry was the way to go. They were talented, creative, and keen to follow in the footsteps of their successful aunt. But, most importantly — they were passionate about beauty. In 2011, the Real Techniques brush collection was launched. Unbelievable brush quality was paired with professional, interesting, fun education from Sam and Nic. The launch day was memorable, as women from around the world started pouring to the website to learn more about this new brand. Fairly quickly, a global community of women who loved makeup began to form. Not only do they have a strong connection to Sam & Nic, but they also connect with one another — piping in on social media to answer questions and give input. Today, the brand has taken off in the US, UK, and around the world. Sam and Nic continue to grow as top makeup artists, writing columns for national magazines and newspapers, appearing on major network television as beauty experts, and editing their own digital magazine. Through Real Techniques, women everywhere are transforming their makeup routines, and themselves, with the approachable expertise, friendship, and tools from Sam & Nic.

We offer shipping to Canada, USA, Australia, and United Kingdom. The flat shipping fee for each order is $12.99 USD, and includes a tracking number for your convenience.

Canada:
All orders shipped to Canada will be charged a flat shipping fee of $12.99 USD. Please allow 7-14 business days for your order to arrive. Additional customs and duties fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

USA:
All orders shipped to the United States will be charged a flat shipping fee of $12.99 USD. Please allow 5-10 business days for your order to arrive.

Australia:
All orders shipped to Australia will be charged a flat shipping fee of $12.99 USD. Please allow 7-14 business days for your order to arrive. Additional customs and duties fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

United Kingdom:

Damages and Lost Shipment Policy
Our company values customer satisfaction and recognizes the importance of timely and intact shipments. However, in the event of damages or lost shipments, we have established the following policy to ensure that our customers are fairly compensated:

  1. Damages: If any product is received in a damaged condition, the customer must notify us within 48 hours of receipt of the shipment. We will investigate the matter and either replace the product or issue a refund. We may require photographic evidence of the damage before proceeding with any replacement or refund.

  2. Lost Shipments: If a shipment is not received within the estimated delivery time frame, the customer must notify us immediately. We will investigate the matter with the shipping carrier and attempt to locate the shipment. We will either replace the product or issue a refund.

Shipping times may vary based on the destination and any unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs or other external factors. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your order, please don't hesitate to contact us.

At healthstork.ca our top priority is to provide high-quality products to our customers. We understand that sometimes customers may need to return products due to various reasons, such as incorrect orders, defective products, or change of mind. To ensure a smooth and hassle-free return process, we have established the following return policy:


  1. Incorrect Orders / Defective Products: If the customer receives an incorrect order, they must notify us within 48 hours of receipt of the shipment. We will investigate the matter and either replace the product or issue a refund. We will require photographic evidence of the incorrect products, and the incorrect products being returned in original condition. We will refund the return shipping cost upon receiving the return shipment confirmation, and proceeding with replacement or refund upon receipt of the returned products.

  1. Cancellation or Change of Mind: If the customer wants to cancel an order, you must inform us within 24 hours once the order is placed via email at info@healthstork.ca, with email subject as “Cancellation: (Your order number)”.

    Once the order has been shipped, customers can return the products by notifying us within 14 days of receipt of the shipment. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. In the case of change of mind, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return. Upon receipt of the product, we will issue a refund, minus the original shipping costs.

It is important to note that all returned products must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as when they were received. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these criteria.


Note: Refused, unclaimed orders or merchandise due to customers’s error are subject to 15% restocking fee in addition to all freight charges
